During this period, it is essential for your pet to be under observation in the intensive care unit, monitored, and provided with life support.

Conditions requiring emergency intervention and intensive care include difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness, severe trauma, shock, poisoning, blood loss, difficult childbirth, fractures, inability to urinate and defecate, constant vomiting, and diarrhea.
